A strong request shortens the clarification cycle. Include the intended use, destination country, target capacity, materials, drawing or sample status, required certificates, acceptable substitutions, packaging, inspection expectations, delivery terms, and timing pressure. When details are unknown, mark them as assumptions instead of leaving them ambiguous.
