Information that helps suppliers answer precisely
A strong request shortens the clarification cycle. Include the intended use, destination country, target capacity, materials, drawing or sample status, required certificates, acceptable substitutions, packaging, inspection expectations, delivery terms, and timing pressure. When details are unknown, mark them as assumptions instead of leaving them ambiguous.
Evidence
Required photos, videos, certificates, manuals, sample records, FAT protocol, and factory documents.
Commercials
Quantity, target Incoterms, destination, preferred currency, inspection rights, payment assumptions, and delivery window.
Constraints
Local regulations, prohibited materials, brand restrictions, voltage, language of documentation, and spare-parts expectations.
